What we don't have — and aren't faking
No live chat on the marketing site. No 24/7 phone support. No ticketing portal with SLA tiers. No sales calendar you can self-book. We're a small team shipping a real product — we'd rather reply thoughtfully than add theatre. If your deal size genuinely needs any of the above, tell us in the first email and we'll work out the right motion.
