1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AskOrac, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
AskOrac is an AI chatbot SaaS platform that allows you to train chatbots on your content and embed them on your website. The service includes content processing, vector embedding, real-time chat via widget, analytics, and account management.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use AskOrac to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content. You may not attempt to access other users' data. You may not reverse-engineer the service. You may not use the service for any illegal purpose. You must have the right to upload any content you provide for training.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to AskOrac. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We use your content solely to provide the chatbot service. We never sell, share, or use your content for training AI models.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
AskOrac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated responses may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
